Original owner. This bike has been meticulously maintained. If you’re looking for a show quality bike that you could ride anywhere, trouble free, never pull up next to its “twin”, and keep up with your buddies “built motor rattler”, then this bike is what you’re looking for. This bike is solid, comfortable, and looks good at the bar, or rolling down the highway. It won a couple of “best of shows” in its day, and still gets comments from people who say its one of the best looking bike they have ever seen
I am only offering this for sale due to the fact I just bought a house and could use the cash for some upgrades….however I am NOT going to give it away, so don’t bother calling with ridiculous low ball offers!
This bike has NOT been a trailer queen. I have ridden it…but NEVER abused it. I noticed the rear base gasket leaking last year, so I replaced all the gaskets in BOTH cylinders, as well as honed out them out (still stock size) and replaced the rings. This bike was built on the “right” day as it has been trouble free, and has always been just a little quicker then similar bike off the showroom when it was new. Oil has been changed every 2500 miles, front fork oil changed last year, as well as battery and tires. Below is some of what is on it:
