Fully approved by the Department Of Transportation/National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (DOT/NHTSA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), with the documentation and paperwork to back it up. 100% street legal in 49 states (except California).
Transfer Method: We currently have available a California "Title Only" registration paper. This document is essentially identical to a normal Registration Title or "Pink Slip" in the fact that it is a legal document stating that the vehicle is legally registered to an owner (in this case, our company, Right Hand Drive JAPAN, LTD.), with the only difference being that the licensing fees and useage taxes that allow it to be legally used on public roads have not been paid. All that would have to be done to transfer the title (and ownership) in to your name would be us signing that piece of paper over to you, and you taking it to your local Department of Motor Vehicles branch, and paying the transfer costs, along with the licensing fees and useage taxex; just like you would do if you were buying a vehicle from a private party or any other used car dealership.
